Welcome to Ilchester, Somerset, England!

Our not-so-sleepy village nestling in the heart of the English countryside is packed full of history, archaeology, and present day interest - and good places to eat and drink. We hope you will be able to visit soon and stay awhile.

These pages are here not only to help the visitor find out a little about Ilchester, but also to help and inform the local community about what's going on and who's organising what, when and where. You will also find out who's on the Parish Council, and the minutes of the monthly Parish Council meetings.
